1. General Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our fitness coaching, wellness programs, and training materials, all purchases are final.

2. Online & In-Person Services

• Once a program, session, or package has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or transferred.

• This applies to both online coaching and in-person sessions.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

• Femme Luxe Fitness reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
