5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Due to the personalized nature of our programs, all sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be provided once services have begun.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Femme Luxe Fitness reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, programs, and guides are the intellectual property of Femme Luxe Fitness. They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in Femme Luxe Fitness programs, you acknowledge the inherent risks of exercise and release Femme Luxe Fitness and its trainers from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.
